Hey all. I have an original 1989 Bimini from WJ Mills. How is it installed?
No hardware or instructions with it. Came with 1989 Montauk I purchased. Can you point me in the right direction?
Thanks.

Please choose the correct forum when posting your questions.

I moved this from "General" to the "Parts" forum.

Thanks.

There should be tracks on the both gunnels with a hinge.

The ends of the poles attach to the hinge by removing the screw. Slide aft to deploy.

Slide forward and lower over bow rail then slide aft till tight and secure hinge to stow.

So here's my situation - I just bought this boat... 1989 Montauk 17. I know my top should fold within the rails. All 5 eye straps are are already installed(includes one on console rail for sway). The only thing I am missing are the (2) Chrome Side Mount Hinge w/screws Part#25-0369-00(Mills Part #). The holes for these are already drilled in place at 45ยบ on both port and starboard sides - per the instructions from WJ Mills. I just need the parts(hinges). Does anyone with similar top have any pics to show me what these hinges look like? Thanks.
