I just listed my 1999 21 Outrage and it offers everything you mentioned.

Not mentioned on my posting is the porta-pottie mount.

From the factory the port-pottie sits on the floor of the console, so it is very low.

I made elevated platform for it (removable if not needed) that raises the head to a very comfortable height, near ADA guidelines.

Passes the Admiral's (wife and daughter) inspection with ease.
