Where does the water line sit compared to the through hull drains?

The boat is constructed so the foam is sealed between the deck and the hull. The rigging tunnel and access areas are all finished.

Smart thing to do is pull the boat, remove and reseal all screws one at a time with a dab of polysulfide based sealant.

Given age, I would replace the through hull drains in the transom as a precaution.
