2006 320 Outrage Cuddy

I noticed my bilge came on after a thorough washing. I decided to have a look from access door in bathroom. I had my son run the hose on the deck and sure enough looking towards back of boat water was leaking pretty steady. It seems to be coming from in front of scupper gutter and fish box. It seems to be in the little recess where the deck is screwed down. I investigated and cleaned out scuppers but it didn't seem to help much. The deck that sits down seems to have a void, but it's on both sides? Can I just gunk up seem with 520 etc? Any feedback would be appreciated/

thanks

Dan -

On the Boston Whaler website there are over 50 diagrams available for download and viewing for your 2006 320 Outrage Cuddy.

I suggest you review these.

Enter YEAR, FAMILY, MODEL and select ALL TYPES. Click more several times.

Given the complexity of your model, I would call Boston Whaler Customer Service and ask your detailed question to them.

You can call them at 1-877-294-5645 or email them using this online form.

Both have worked well for me.

As for sealant, a good polysulfide sealant is recommended over any silicone based or adhesive 3M 4200/5200.
