One motor has a crackling sound in neutral at about 13.000 RPM any one had this happen if so (what is the Fix)

I presume that is a typo and you meant to write 1,300 RPM's?
Was there any maintenance performed recently? How has it run so far this season?
Can you reproduce the symptom exactly the same way.
Is it a crackle or a rattle of metallic parts?
