Do I remember correctly that someone mentioned here that Ritchie will refurbish old units? Thanks for the help.

Yes. They are in Pembroke, MA, convenient to the Rt. 3 state highway (Exit 12) if you happen to live in the area.

Depending on the model and condition, their "refurb" sometimes consists of sending you a brand new one.
