Sorry for the syntax ; i'm from france.

I have bought this year an Outrage 20 (1988).
I heard too that the tank may be a problem due to shock or corrosion.

A first thing to check can be : open the access hatches and check the ground cables (there are 2 cables).
If it's cut, the tank's metal is corroded

Mine was at limit but i didn't have to change the tank ; just a new "painting"
