Wandering if anyone knew of a company that will replace the front hatches on my 1978 Outrage. Currently they are plywood. I would like them to be fiberglass (matching the floor).

I suggest asking Sue at Twin Cities Marine , a sponsor on this site.

Another option is to use your existing plywood hatch as a template to cut replacement plywood. I did that about 5 years ago on my 1978 V20 and painted the plywood with a few coats of latex. Looks just as good and has held up!

At this time, no one is making fiberglass replacement covers for your boat.

Have you thought about using King Starboard AS? I have been pondering whether or not to use this in place of the teak hatches that are currently in mine. Only cause I'm lazy and don't want to have to oil the teak every year.
