What is the best size 4 stroke outboard motor for a 1965 16 Nauset if I'm planing on repowering? Doesn't have to be the fastest, just the optimal. Thanks!

The Yamaha F70 is well liked by many classic 16'7 owners for its light weight and good power.
Special attention should be taken in mounting due to shallow splashwell and some original engines being mounted via the blind holes. It is easy to address.
