I am totally confused. According to Suzuki, the prop your dealer selected is for counter rotating motors.

If you want higher rpms, you would want to go from the recommended 16x23 to a 16x21.

The dropping down of 2" of pitch while keeping the same diameter will give you additional rpm's.
