You just remove each plug, squirt some fogging oil in the cylinder, and reinstall. You then kick the motor over a couple of times with the starter to distribute the oil in the cylinder.
Randy, no offense but if your level of mechanical experience is that you have never removed a spark plug before, you may want to find someone to show you how to do this. It's not tough, but there are some things you can screw up - best way to avoid that is to have a buddy walk you through it.
Note that you'll also want to change the engine and lower unit oil - get the same friend to help with those too!
