You left a model year out that is very specific to my point.
2001 Outrage 21 = 3000 pounds
!999, 2000 & 2001 21 Outrage's are the same boat, same specs. That is the unique small Outrage in that it has a head in the bigger then normal console.
The 1999 brochure specs are printed incorrectly.
I'll take the bet since I have a 1999 21 Outrage :-)
