Measure twice inside and out and layout the holes before drilling.
Make sure the washers will clear the bottom of the splashwell as per the second photo in the drawing.


Thanks Joe, I'll keep that in mind when i am ready to give her a new engine.

i managed to upload some pictures of the whaler when i bought it, and also ready to sand and work on.
