Does anybody know what lenth control cables are neede for the 1989 Outrage 18?

18' with no loop at the engine, 20' if you have a loop at the engine.

Mine were 18' for both the main motor and the kicker motor.

Not sure what brand of motor you have.

Thanks Mark and Joe. The Motor Im buying is a Tohatsu 115 TLDI. If I can get the giant snow bank cleared Im hoping to get the boat over to the dealership in a couple of weeks. We have had a 100 inches of snow and Im hoping thats it for the year.
