Johnny,
I see you are a Sebastopol fellow, I am next door in Occidental. Stewarts Marine in Petaluma had a highly customized pre 1979 Revenge a few months ago. It may still be there. Would be a bear of a job to bring back to factory original. Also, check in with the Lawson's Landing repair shop/facility. The last BBQ I went to there, they had several older Whalers behind the shop. Was not looking for specific hulls. Might be worth a phone call. Good luck.

There is a very nice 21 Revenge, with no bottom paint, for sale somewhere in Texas, I believe still unsold, but I don't have the contact information. Contact "Jeff" here, as he probably knows how to reach the seller and the price.

I saw a 1978 Whaler Revenge at Crescent City, CA for $10,000 in Humbolt County Craigslist.

yes I made the 6 hour drive fornothing the guy is firm on his price and the main motor a yamaha 150 with 1650hrs. has not been run in 2 or 3 years. the kicker has a broken off twist throttle and the carb is so plugged with crap it wont start so i offered him $8000 and he declined so it was a waste of 13hours round trip and $150 in fuel. wouldnt have minded if he had been honest with me but thats not really nice to make a guy drive that far to find that.

Sorry we did not touch base earlier. I would have taken the ride with you and split the gas cost. I have been wanting to go to Englunds Marine at Crescent City for a while now. The have a neat little restaurant out near the water I like.
