I am getting ready to install the rub rail and anchor lights on my 15 sport project. Having a hard time finding a single fuse block with a cover since this sits out in the open on the Stbd side. Does anyone have any suggestions? If so what brand did you use, and where did you get it?

I do not know of a "waterproof" fuse block in the traditional sense. I think you would be battling corrosion despite the cover. However, I have used the Blue Sea 187 series surface mount circuit breaker for exterior application (under my gunnels). Advertised as waterproof. Unfortunately, I believe 25 amp is the smallest. I would guess with your application for a single fuse, the inline heavy jacketed springed style splice into your wire might be the way to go. If you plan on additional circuitry, the Blue Sea circuit breaker would be a nice starting point.

You want a terminal block for that, not a fuse box.

Finnagan can help you find one with a cover. I think he used one on his Montauk.

cncwhaler, is this an non fused line? If the wire is already fused somewhere else the terminal block Mg56 mentions may be the way to go or using a heat shrink butt connector could be an option. Having two inline fuses gets a little fussy for a small draw service like navigation lights.
