No! I wouldn't put Penetrol on my hull.
It just restores the gloss and new appearance to the material used in the z-legs.
It will not work on gel coat. Penetrol is just an oil base liquid used to condition oil base house paints.
Helps the paint flow out and with less brush strokes.
Someone figured out that it works good on the z-leg material and it does if they are not to dried out.
I am sorry if I have mislead anyone here.
