I currently have a similar problem on my 1998 Dauntless. The indicator lights on the nav. switch light up, but the bow and stern lights do not. Bulbs look good, but a multi-tester shows only 6 volts to the bow light and 3 volts to the stern.

I'm clueless when it come to this electrical stuff so I'm having my mechanic take a look at it. I'll let everyone know what turns up.
