I would call them docking lights. I don't know if it's illegal to use them at night while running but it should be. They will ruin the night vision of everyone on your boat and any other boat near you. People using their spot light at night, swinging it around blinding everyone within a mile should be ticketed. And their spot light confiscated. Anyway, there should be some manufacturer info somewhere on the light.
