Uh-oh, that might be a problem. We machined that out of 316L billet. It's solid, but we planned on a friction twist plug from the topside to stop the splash-up. The diameter of the hole for that drain is smaller than stock. We were just calculating, I hope our little mod works, if I have to put a clam shell cover back on, I'll be upset, that was the one part of the boat I disliked from the factory.
