I've made the second shelf that sit on top of the battery boxes out of plywood covered with a leftover of marine vinyl flooring (sorry, i didn't have it in Desert Tan!) and secured with glue and SS staples:

I plumbed the livewell. I made the fill/spray head with PVC tubing into which I drilled some 1/8" holes, and the overflow tube/drain empty into the splashwell:

I also put some SS spring loaded toggle latches to keep the rear quarter seats closed (the previous owner already hinged them):

Next, I'll replace the bearings, races and seals of the trailer and keep the old one as spares then I'll call it done for this winter...

They made some changes to the Picasa web album, so i'm not sure the pics will work. Please let me know if it doesn't work, I'll try to fix it.
