I'm not sure if that was a good idea. The bunks are much better carrying the weight. This is not an old-fashioned boat that was built from the keel up and therefore considered the strongest part to carry the boat. This is a boat with foam sandwiched between two hull forms as you well know, therefore long bunks will get you better support than a few single point keel rollers. The boat rides and pounds on its bottom while in the water not its keel.
If the bunks are/were too long shorten them or don't pull the bow up as much and adjust the winch stand aft.
