Guts, glad you made it out safe, but have take issue witht the analogy that Commercials are farmers of the sea.
Farmers have to put back and replentish their harvest area or they will deplete the areas capability to produce.
It seems to me that Commerical fishermen only participate in the harvesting aspect. Just curious how Commercials are active in replentishing the oceans bounty?
