I am stripping my Nauset 16 down to the empty hull before I flip it for some hull repairs.

I am stuck on removing the steering wheel and sealed hydrolic mechanism,

How do I remove the wheel? is there another nut or can I remove the wheel as it is ?

Where do i detach the steering cable from the front "transmission
