Hi Bob,
Fred quoted me $685.00. That's with all the hardware. No wood. You are right. The back rest does limit access to the transom. The only reason I want another set is for rod holders for trolling. If you are interested in getting rid of them, please let me know. I might be interested. I just can't fork out $700.00 right now. I'm kicking myself for getting rid of those things.
