The grab rail looks like it can be repaired with a couple 90 degree Tee's and some new tubing. How is the crook? You can sell the outrigger if you don't use it to pay form some of it.

I would contact Ray Martin at Martin Marine Design. He is in Hardeeville.

He does whaler-quality work and can make you replacement rails.

He can probably fabricate the windshield channels too. Ask him.

www.martinmarinedesign.com

Tell him we sent you.

Hi, Ryan!

I hope you're having a good day. UPD Plastics makes OEM Whaler windshields. A link to your windshield can be found below:
https://www.updplastics.com/purchase-...ase-order/

The inside dimensions of the windshield are 30 1/4 L x 15 1/4 W x 20 1/4 H

Please check with the windshield on your boat just to make sure these are the right dimensions.

As for the grab rail you're referring to in the picture, the link can be found below:

https://www.specialtymarine.com/colle...nd-outrage

Hope this Helps!

Notes:

UDP is experiencing a 6-9 month delay in production.

The super console windscreen is glass panels with aluminum channels.

The super console Big has is wider and the rail is a different dimension then the item shown by Specialty.

The Whaler rails were all made by Fred Caldwell owner of CMI Marine in MA.

They probably still have the original patterns.

I think the super console windshields were made by Taylor Made.

(edit-added CMI link)
