Restoring Center console of Nauset
All is in reasonable condition except the Dash Panel -which has been drilled out multiple times and needs replacement.
I have sourced full CC Kits (specialized marine) but am looking to just replace the Dash Panel if I can
anyone have experience here?

If you think the CC is original look inside it for date stamps. If it is a genuine CC for that boat you should not restore it until you get more advice.
Every year there are fewer vintage Whalers, and the ones that remain are less original. Maybe a couple extra holes in the dash isn't the worst thing.

Classic Whaler instrument panels are easy to duplicate and replace. i have done many.
Instead of the original 1/4" plywood Whaler used, I make mine out of 3/8" solid wood, which in your case with a Nauset would be mahogany, with a 45 degree edge bevel. Well varnished, they look good, an upgrade to the original, and last forever. I think the dimensions are 5" x 9" but verify.
You can see them here in the #16 photo, on a Ribside console very similar to the Nauset console. Click on photo to enlarge full screen and arrow to #16
