Hi all,
I'm looking to replace the fender and step on my old trailer. The trailer is galvanized steel, and has a fender and step U-bolted on each side. The steps on each side have rotted away over the years, so i was going to replace them if not too expensive.
The problem is, every time i search, i come up empty. I really want to have fender AND step, but i haven't been able to find that in any material other than plastic. I have found steel fenders with no step, but i was hoping to keep the step.
I'm confident that there are a number of trailer places that can make one with a step, but i was hoping to just find one to ship.
Anyone know where i can look online for that? Am I asking too much to find something that big online?

What you will find is a steel fender and the two pieces it attaches to. Together, it is is like a step.
This is from my 2 year old LoadRite trailer. While this is aluminum, this manufacturer offers steel that you can apply cold galvanizing spray to.
Here is the fender parts page

Just need to get appropriate U bolts, nuts, washers and bolts.

Contact Sturdy built in Bradenton, FL. They ship and will have what you need. I have a similar setup like Phils but I use the squared off aluminum fender which itself acts as a step unless you weigh a LOT. There is a reason they are diamond plate.

I have these with 14" tires:

The aluminum steps I think are $16.99ea
