i am a new member, bought a 1985 15ft. center console(fiberglass) and can't find access door/panel anywhere. currently completely open to the elements an going to rewire everything in the console. want to find the piece i need cause don't wanna expose new wiring. and i want it proper anyways. any leads will be greatly appreciated!

The console does not seem to have a factory door but just the opening on the port side.

No door, just an opening. You can find many types of doors to enclose it. I never had a problem with mine being open and I kept a cover over it when docked.

thanks guys, i guess thats just the way they are! my first boat an seemed unusual to me. i might make something for it but at least i dont feel like its missing a factory piece if i dont.
