Does anyone have drawings/illustrations of the forward casting platform in a 1973 Outrage 21 (banana hull)?

Can't say I have ever seen a set.

Have you looked at the plans for the 16/17 hulls as a template? From the Download page:

The Forward Platform was first offered on the 1971-1972 Outrage 21 Ribsides, in solid teak boarding. See below.
When the 1973 "Smoothside" 21's came out, it became an option and they changed it to a single fiberglass, non-skid insert. I don't think too many were sold. I recently saw a late model 1972 Ribside Outrage III that had one of the fiberglass platforms.

The teak version would look beautiful in a Smoothside, and they would not be too difficult to make. Teak wood might cost $300 or so. Dimensions are the same for either boat.

Don't think any drawings exist for making one of these.

I have seen them in Ribsides but they had a different layout so to speak. Now that you mention the fiberglass one, I do believe either in brochures or in person I have seen it. It is raised by SS feet. I would want it easily removable as things will get stuck under it and it will be a pain to clean, etc. Teak would look nice but probably even worse to clean as it is slotted which would allow for more stuff to "fall through the cracks".

Thanks for the reply everyone. My Outrage is a 1973 smooth side, and it does indeed have a "casting platform". In addition, the very back bench seat has a teak support bracket for the seat. It runs from gunnel to gunnel, and deck to top of bench. It has an opening which contained the switch to change which battery is being used. The top of the bench seat contains three hatches. Two small and one large, which are teak or mahogany veneer. All the teak is in rough shape, and I am trying to bring back to life.
