While I didn't find a rec for a Oregon fabricator, our advice is to pull the tank (search for tips/tricks) and bring it to a local metal shop.

Ball park is $1,100-$1,600

You can get the remote sender from https://liquidlevels.net/

I had these guys build my tank: $500 less than Florida Marine and they turned it around in 2 weeks. Quality of work is outstanding. Ask for Bud if you call he is the owner. http://www.lutherswelding.com/

They may have a dealer in your area that they can do a combine shipping to also.

I researched the heck for a cost of a new fuel tank for my 1979 22' Revenge in November/December. Priced locally as well as out of state (California) and shipped. Florida Marine and others. When I get my tank out I am going with Carr Enterprise Custom Metal Fabrication. Located in St. Petersburg, FL. Coast Guard certified and better priced than any of the others I contacted. The owner answered the phone and he offered many options to go with a well described and designed base model. I look forward to doing business with them. As of now......no hands on.
