Hi,

Does anyone have any recommendations for a winter cover for outdoor storage of my Montauk 150? I've looked at a couple of sites (iBoats, SealSkin, Taylor Made) and the prices seem reasonable.

Looking for someone w/ first hand experience w/ any of them or specific types of fabrics.

With the seasonal snow load, you should consider sawhorses and a heavy duty tarp.

You think just a "plain blue tarp" or something special?

I used heavy duty white tarp in the winter and medium duty green tarp other times of year so it blended into the back yard.

Carver has custom Whaler covers as well. Phil is from Maine, they think blue tarps are an asset to the countryside
