I'm looking into adding some type of shade for my Whaler. The heat in California is getting unbearable.
I have narrowed it down to following two. One by strykerttops and the other by http://rnr-marine.com. Stryker is the traditional style where it is aluminum and mounted directly to the deck. While rnr-marine offers a top that clamps on to the center console railing. A bimini top will not work in my case due to the constant movement from fishing or crabbing.
Has anyone installed either one? Did you regret it afterward? More specific on the traditional style where it bolts directly to the hull. Any other recommended brands?
comments and suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
