Just purchased a 2012 Conquest 315 300 hrs on it, garage stored prior to my purchase, so well taken care of.

Trying to get the vacuflush system to work. Vacuum pump runs constantly. It should only run 60-90 seconds. The main seal on the head was replaced by the mechanic. The vacuum pump still continues to run. My next guess would be the duck bill valves. Are the duck bill valves located on the tank itself at the stern port side ? What is the process to replace them? Please help...thank you

2012 315 Conquest 31 ft The Vacuflush system I have is VHT (Vacumm Holding Tank). The vacumm pump runs constantly. I replaced the only duck bill vavle on the holding tank, as the manual states. I already had the mail seal replaced on the head itself. Any ideas where the leak could be coming from?

Do you have the Boston Whaler Owners Manual for the boat?

Whaler has many documents online. While not the exact year, this online manual for 2014 may help.

If there is a separate manual that you are missing, you should call Boston Whaler Customer Service and ask if it is still available.

Yes I do have that Sea Land additional manual .
Basically it said....to replace both the duck bill valve and the seals which I have done already.
I thought there might something else that someone found that is not in the troubleshooting section.
Thank you for your response
Will post when I find the solution.
