Hi

Looking to replace the hardware on my whaler. I assume the bow eye d-ring on my 15’ whaler Super Sport is chrome plated bronze. Does anyone know what material the bow eye ring is made of? Is it stainless steel rather than plated metal?

I think the classic bow D ring (not a U like the 1990+Outrage boats) is a chrome plated piece. Hence the suggestion for owners to re-plate their hardware rather than replace.
