So I bought this boat back in Nov and it is looking like the scuppers are below water line which I read should be ok. My scuppers are wide open with no flaps. Do I need flaps or should I think of replacing the scuppers? Not sure if anyone has experience with their boat getting excessively wet with the scuppers being below water line? I am planning on keeping the boat in a slip for the summer (deck should be sitting higher than water line so not too worried with no one in the boat). Looking forward to hearing people’s experiences with this.
Thanks

Many Ventura/Dauntless owners install ping pong scuppper covers on the outside to prevent water inflowing.
The OEM scupper flaps wear out and have probably been removed by the prior owner.
