Anyone know where to get a full boat cover for a 1999 16' Dauntless w/bow rails? One strong enough for the harsh Michigan winters.

As a previous owner of a 1999 Dauntless 16 with bow rail I can tell you Carver Covers sells the cover you need with a very custom type fit. I strongly recommend Sunbrella fabric for your harsh environment. Here is a link:

With the high amounts of snow, I would NOT use a full boat cover, rather build a sawhorse frame and use a heavy duty 20'x6' tarp.
Supplies and tarp ~$75
It worked in Maine (60-100"and Nor'easter's)
Look at my personal page, half way down.
