Thread subject: Whaler Central - Boston Whaler Boat Information and Photos :: 1987 Montauk Stern seating

1987 17 ft. Montauk.
This is my first post being I just bought my first Whaler. I always wanted one and finally I pulled the trigger. My question has to do with stern seating. Is there a seat made for this model or any photos of an existing one made of wood that I can duplicate? I'm good with woodworking if need be but thought that if someone made one it would be easier.

Take a look at Ron Mazcko's Personal Page ("dreams do come true") of his 1993 Montauk 17. Ron made his own stern seat that also works as a platform.
