Hello. New to the forum. I've searched online as well as this forum and I'm having a hard time finding any information on websites or sources to purchase a tent that can retrofit on a 13' or 15' Whaler. It's for when I'm out fishing or out on the islands on the intracoastal in Florida and it gets late I can just set up tent right on the boat and spend the night. I did see a pick when I googled it but no further info. Any direction on this would be much appreciated.

PS - here is a photo I found. I'm looking for something similar.

What you are calling a "tent" is actually 4 components.

Flytop (shortened bimini)
Connecting windscreen
forward shelter
side curtains

The William Mills Co. produced the original sets for Boston Whaler. They were offered on many models and are still available for purchase today.

They were not offered for the 13' or 15' models. You would need to have it made for you.

I know a Dauntless 180 owner in MI who had a full set fabricated for his boat. Here are his photos.

Mills has always offered the Flying Top Set for the 13 and 15 Sport Whalers.

I used to have a Mills Forward Shelter on my 1958 Sport 13, and it was a very nice addition to the boat.

You can find the necessary components here:

This is excellent! Thanks for the link. I'll have to call them since I do not see anything about price. Does anyone know how much these setups cost?

Pricing is not low end, but you get what you pay for - specific design approved by Boston Whaler, all installation fittings and Boston Whaler instructions, and finest quality running canvas (actually Sunbrella) you can buy, period.

For boats built before 1979, the color is "Toast" Sunbrella. 1979 and later, "Pacific Blue" is the color used.

If you hunt around the photo albums on my personal webslte link, you can see several examples of the Mills Flying Top sets. although on larger boats than a 13 or 15.
