Any suggestions for mooring covers for old Outrage with high bow railing and twin motors?

Jim - In the 70's, Boston Whaler never contracted with Mills for covers for either the 19 or 21 Outrages, 1971-1979.

When I bought my Ribside 21 back in 2004, I contacted Bob Mills and was given this information. But since Bob said he would pick the boat up for me where I bought it in CT, and bring it to his shop on Long Island, he said he could use my hull for a cover prototype, make me a cover and put the design in his computer cutting system. So the answer is Mills now has a readily available cover for a Ribside, and has sold many I believe, and may have since then adapted it to the similar Smoothside hull also. I would call Mills and talk to him as to what he has for your hull. As far as the cover is concerned, the only difference between the hulls is at the stern, with a different stern rail situation. As you can see in the photo, everything else should be a simple fit. Looking at the photo, you can't even tell if there is Ribside or a Smoothside under the cover!

Here is photo of my cover on the boat, which is an excellent product and works well. I believe the cost is somewhere around $1300 but don't hold me to that. I do know that Mills discounts products 10% during the slow winter months. Be sure to order the Pacific Blue color.
For covers, this is the longest lasting cover color according to Mills.

Just coincidentally, Bob Mills just made a new replacement cover for my Outrage 25 (also shown in that photo). The original one, from 1989 when the boat was new, lasted 26 years!!!
