The parts list for the 1999 Outrage 18 shows a 54QT cooler. I suspect the brand/model was Igloo Marine series.

There was a cooler hold down kit that Whaler added to take the bungie from the cleats. I ordered mine from Sue Lodel at Beacon/Twin Cities Marine.

She can also supply the stainless snaps to be attached on the lid.
