The throttle mount on my 1985 Montauk cracked and is now dislodged. Does any body know the make of this throttle or where I can find a new one. Thanks.

Welcome to Whaler Central.
It would be helpful you could link to a picture of what your problem is, and explain what the problem is better.
I would guess your control cables are junk and they led to the control mounting screws to loosen up. And you see a cracked cover and think that is the problem.
I can guess things all day but if you want better help provide better info.

That console looks to be vintage 1977-1982, so your boat could be one of those years. It is definitely not a 1985 year console.
The key switch ignition panel looks like it is a Tohatsu, so if you are running a Tohatsu outboard and control, they use Teleflex/Morse controls (now Sea Star Solutions) with universal ends. You should be able to get a new control from them.
