If you are looking for the cap insert itself, I looked years ago and never found a replacement. It is a Perko fill.

A replacement unit looks like this:

The advice given was to replace the fill unit completely. If you are looking to have a locking gas cap, this would be the time.

Thanks to all - I'm running down both options... Looks like replacement of fill.
