Restoration of floor is complete. I laminated a new sheet of marine plywood into the floor of my 1986 17 Montauk.

What is the best method for securing the console and seat to the floor?

Mine is only fixed with self tapping screws in to the plywood. I have resealed with some marine sealant last year. Don't think there was any sealant from the beginning.
