Need some help (alot really). Not sure what the parts are called, so I will do my best. I have a 1973 Outrage 19' that is going through a Lo Pro conversion. I need the whole fuel cap assembly- any ideas? I also need the guage that screws to the top of the gas tank to measure fuel level. On this Outrage there is a bench in the rear of the boat that the lines go through. There are holes on both sides and each hole had what looked like a black cover (flange) that the lines went through- any ideas? I will also need fuel lines and not sure of size? Thanks, Bricken

For the fuel fill, the hose is 1 1/2" typically. Vent is 5/8".

Perko has many styles of fuel fill.

If you are keeping the separate vent, this is one choice for chrome over brass. They may offer a Marinium version.

Your choice of locking or non-locked, angled or straight.

For the fuel sender, see the parts page:

one vendor is

I found the above information using the terms "fuel fill diameter" and "fuel sender" in the search feature (under "Main).

How about a photo of bench with the lines to help us help you. It is not clear what you are describing.

Thanks Phil!

Here is a picture- this is not my boat, but has a decent picture of what I am looking for. It is the black rubbery circle where the lines run through. Sorry for such a poor description

I call that a rigging flange. There are several styles.

A flexible boot like this:

A hard flange to accept a rigging hose like this:

I used a hard flange and hose for my Outrage 17 rigging:

Or this "pie" style:

For encasing the cables, you can use hose, mesh or spiral wrap.
