Wanting to add the teak gunwales to the boat.

I have teak rear seat back, teak pilot seat, teak rod holders, teak console doors and trim, teak front cooler seat hold downs and teak bowsprit. Even the downrigger brackets are fake teak.

1. Where could I get the teak gunwales or would I have to have them made?
2. How much of a job to take off the fiberglass gunwales and install the teak?
