I am looking to replace my aux motor protection pads. No clue what they’re really call, but they mount to the inside of the transom and there purpose is to protect the transom when tightening down the the aux motor. The pair I’m looking for have two mounting holes and are shaped like an eye. In the center is a rubber piece for the screw. I have tried West Marine and they didn't have them.

Could someone please tell where I can find them?
