Here is my 150 Sport before and after. I lowered the bench and put a set of wise blast off seats.
The seats were $650 to the house. And the marine board I used to support the edge of the bench was $90 to the house.
I sawed off the back support on the stock bench and reused the bench for mounting the Wise seats. Reused the stock center support, just trimmed down. Used stainless hardware and 3M sealant on all cut surfaces.
I would say it took about 7 hours, working at a pace to ensure no errors.
The final result was exactly as I had planned, I'm happy.
