Putting my 13 footer back together ,I have the wrap around seat railing for it and not sure exactly how it goes together .can some one post a pic of theirs so I could use it for reference ? Thanks in advance!

look at 15 footers too. they also came with the wrap around rail

I have the wrap around seat rail on my 1973 13 sport. I will try to get you some pictures. I have noticed many of them are not the same. I am assuming that mine is the original configuration.

Good one DK.
Yes, the Sourpuss models came standard with the wrap around seat rail.
It was optional on the Sport models.
