I have a 2000 Outrage 18. There is an access panel underneath the storage area (where the batteries are kept) that is underneath the main storage area in the console. Are we confused yet? I was wondering what this was? Is there any maintenance?

If it's the approx. 12"x12" panel, that's where they insert the nozzle to fill the hull with foam.

Do NOT remove it, or all the foam will go out of your hull ;-) Seriously, there's nothing to "maintain" there...
